Shipping policy

We pack orders VERY WELL to avoid damage. The shipping costs cover the courier/postage charges of your order, plus an amount to cover boxes, bubble wrap, tape, etc. We use quite a lot of bubble wrap - as we want your items to arrive in the same condition they leave. We shall share images of the product and the condition of the packaged box to your whatsapp before leaving the warehouse.

Once we receive the order, Shipping usually takes between 2-7 working days, based on location from Chennai, but in rare cases there may sometimes be delays during busy periods or holidays.

Our Packages are shipped out almost every day before 8pm. All orders after 12pm will be shipped out the following day.

Orders are not picked up on Sunday, so all orders on Saturday after 12:00pm will be shipped out on the following Monday.

The same will hold true for any other Holidays that might affect Shipping.
